Southwest Florida Transportation; provides popular name of Southwest Florida Transportation Authority Law; creates said authority; provides for governing body of authority; provides for Southwest Florida Transportation System; provides for procurement; provides for lease-purchase agreement with DOT; provides DOT may be appointed agent of authority for construction; provides for acquisition of lands & property; provides covenant of state, etc. Amends Ch. 349. APPROPRIATION: $2,500,000.
