GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Sebesta
Public-private Transportation; provides for public-private partnership agreements for transportation facilities without prior legislative approval; provides requirements for projects advanced by public-private partnership or private entity; authorizes DOT to create certain corporations; authorizes such corporations to issue bonds; provides for "Expressway Authority Public Private Partnership Agreement Law", etc. Amends 334.30, Ch. 348.
