Respiratory Therapy Regulation; revises & provides definitions applicable to regulation of respiratory therapy; revises provisions re respiratory therapy licensure & testing requirements; revises exemptions from respiratory therapy licensure requirements; repeals provisions re approval of educational programs & licensure by examination. Amends 468.352,.355,.368; repeals 468.356,.357.
