SB 2698: Florida Drug & Cosmetic Act

GENERAL BILL by Peaden

Florida Drug & Cosmetic Act; prohibits removal of dispensing label from legend drug; prohibits distribution of previously dispensed legend drug without authorization; prohibits certain transactions for cash; provides that legend drug is adulterated if certain documentation cannot be verified; authorizes DOH to issue certain permits to applicant at same address as licensed nuclear pharmacy & community pharmacy, etc. Amends Ch. 499.
