Motor Vehicle Dealers; prohibits certain acts by licensee or applicant; provides criteria & procedures for protest of proposed addition or relocation of service-only dealership; prohibits certain acts by licensee; revises criteria & procedures for change of executive management of motor vehicle dealership & acceptance or rejection by licensee of such change; revises restriction upon ownership of dealership by licensee, etc. Amends FS.
