SB 2726: Contaminated Site Rehabilitation

GENERAL BILL by Argenziano

Contaminated Site Rehabilitation; extends application of risk-based corrective action principles to all contaminated sites resulting from discharge of pollutants or hazardous substances; provides conditions under which further rehabilitation may be required; clarifies who may apply for tax credits; allows taxpayers to claim credit on consolidated return up to amount of consolidated group's tax liability, etc. Creates 376.30701; amends Chs. 199, 220, 376, 403.
