GENERAL BILL by Posey

Cigarettes; revises authority of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. to prescribe certain stamps to certain persons; regulates delivery sales of cigarettes; prohibits delivery of cigarettes to certain persons under certain circumstances; revises procedures, requirements, restrictions, & limitations for application of stamps; authorizes inspection of certain vehicles for contraband cigarettes, etc. Amends Ch. 210.
