SB 2766: Statewide Public Guardianship Office
GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Statewide Public Guardianship Office; revises provisions re registration of professional guardians; allows said office to charge fee for instructional courses; requires persons appointed to act as guardians to register & to renew that registration; allows Statewide Public Guardianship Office to contract with clerk of court to perform specified services; provides for escheat of interest & income attributable to unclaimed funds, etc. Amends Ch. 744.
