GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Prescription Drug Protection Act; provides legislative findings & intent re report by Seventeenth Statewide Grand Jury; prohibits purchase or sale of Rx drugs in wholesale distribution in exchange for currency; requires that Rx drug repackagers, nonresident Rx drug manufacturers, & freight forwarders obtain permit from Health Dept in order to do business; requires Health Dept. to establish website listing all permitholders & pending enforcement actions, etc. Amends FS.
