Urban Revitalization; provides popular name of "Tax-Free Urban Revitalization Pilot Project Act"; provides criteria & procedures for urban revitalization tax-free zone; creates Urban Revitalization Task Force; provides for executive director, technical experts, & other employees; specifies criteria to be eligible for tax exemptions; requires review of said project by OPPAGA; provides for future repeal of act, etc.
