SB 2804: Prescription Medication
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Prescription Medication; allows certain personnel of developmental training facilities or rehabilitation workshop facilities to administer or assist consumers in administration of prescription medication under certain conditions; replaces term "developmental training facility" with term "adult day training program". Amends 393.063.
