PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Banking and Insurance
Workers' Compensation Law/Pub. Rec.; amends provision which provides exemption from public-records requirements for investigatory records of DOI concerning employer's compliance with Workers' Compensation Law; clarifies that record containing personal identifying information of confidential source remains confidential after investigation is complete; reenacts exemption & removes repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995, etc. Amends 440.108.
