Lauderdale Water Control Dist.; (Broward Co.) codifies, amends, reenacts, & repeals district's special acts; provides that district may borrow money at rate not exceeding that which is provided by law; provides for members of board of supervisors to be known as city commission of City of N. Lauderdale; provides that interest rates on tax anticipation notes issued by board shall not exceed maximum rate allowed by law, etc.
