Tohopekaliga Water Authority; (Osceola Co.) creates said independent special district; provides legislative findings & intent; provides definitions; describes district boundaries; provides for service areas subject to approval of affected general purpose local governments; provides that purpose of district shall be for planning, acquisition, development, operation, & maintenance of water & wastewater management systems within district & its service area, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
