Retirement Communities; amends provision re Gold Seal Program; amends standards for evidence of financial soundness & stability of certain nursing home facilities; amends prerequisites that certain nursing homes must fulfill to qualify for sharing programming & staff with other entities that are part of retirement community; authorizes AHCA to adopt rules; provides for establishment of residents' organization, etc. Amends 400.235,.141, 651.081,.085.
