Lotto Jackpots/Public School Funding; provides for deduction of portion of Florida Lotto rollover jackpots to be used to enhance funding for public schools; revises provisions re revenues deposited in Educational Enhancement Trust Fund, to update & conform. Amends 24.121, 1010.70.
