GENERAL BILL by Kilmer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Davis ; Green ; Holloway ; Murzin ; Spratt

Construction Engineering Services; provides that professional firms that have contractually agreed with DOT for construction engineering & inspection services are agents of state re sovereign immunity; provides for indemnification; provides that such agents are not agents of state for purposes of Workers' Compensation provisions. Amends 768.28.
