GENERAL BILL by Culp ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Troutman
Stolen Property/Proof of Possession; provides that proof of possession of certain misappropriated property gives rise to inference that person buying or selling property knew or should have known that it had been stolen; provides defense to such inference. Amends 812.022.
