Assisted Living Facilities/Zoning; revises provisions re local zoning regulations for family day care homes; requires certain health care facilities, assisted living facilities, community residential homes, adult day care centers, adult family-care homes, homes for special services, & intermediate care facilities for developmentally disabled to comply with local zoning regulations, etc. Amends 166.0445, 400.021,.402,.551,.618,.801,.960,.4445, 419.001.
