GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Health Care; delays effective date of certain requirements concerning hours of direct care per resident for nursing home facilities; revises requirements for hearing & visual services to limit such services to persons younger than 21 years of age; provides copayment under Medicaid program for certain nonemergency hosp. visits; removes certain requirements for prior authorization for nursing home residents & institutionalized adults, etc. Amends Ch. 409, 400.23.
