Protection of Marine Turtles; provides penalties for violating Marine Turtle Protection Act; provides that it is third degree felony to take, kill, possess, disturb, mutilate, destroy, cause to be destroyed, sell, offer for sale, transfer, molest, or harass marine turtle or its nest, hatchlings, eggs, or parts thereof; provides additional penalty for each egg involved in such violation, etc. Amends 370.12, 777.04, 921.0022.
