CS/HB 405: Pest Control

GENERAL BILL by Spratt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Allen ; Antone ; Baxley ; Bullard ; Evers ; Kendrick ; Machek ; Poppell ; Rivera ; Stansel ; Troutman

Pest Control; provides for temporary markers for vehicles; provides certain restrictions on issuance of employee ID cards; provides that limited certification does not authorize fumigation of structure; provides fee for late renewal of certification for commercial landscape maintenance personnel; provides for automatic expiration of such certification following failure to obtain recertification, etc. Amends Ch. 482.
