GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Wise
Retirement; includes court baliffs, deputies, & first-responding ocean lifeguards in special risk retirement class of FRS; provides for repurchase of service credit by members whose current employer was former member of FRS; provides for reemployment of retired district school board employees & community college & state university employees on full-time or part-time basis prior to completion of 12 months of retired service, etc. Amends Ch. 121.
