Victim of Sex Offense/Pub. Rec.; provides exemption from public records requirements for criminal intelligence information or criminal investigative information which is a photograph, videotape, or image of any part of body of victim of sexual offense; provides for retroactive effect of exemption; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
