GENERAL BILL by Garcia
Indian Reservations; specifies that state's jurisdiction over criminal offenses committed within Indian reservations does not apply to Indian reservations of Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida; provides exception for such reservations re applicability of civil & criminal laws of state. Amends 285.16.
