Health Care; provides that failure to disclose medical licensure in advertisements for health care services or to patients upon initiation of professional relationship constitutes ground for discipline of health care practitioner; provides that failure to disclose medical licensure & scope of practice when providing professional opinion constitutes ground for discipline of said practitioner; provides exceptions, etc. Amends & reenacts FS.
