GENERAL BILL by Wilson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Miller ; Siplin ; Bullard ; Lawson

HIV & AIDS/Health Department; increases number of HIV & AIDS minority coordinators within Health Dept.; requires department to expand its HIV/AIDS prevention efforts in Florida's minority communities & establish linkage programs for HIV-positive inmates prior to their release from jail; deletes obsolete provisions. Amends 381.0046.
