Acme Improvement District; (Palm Beach Co.) codifies district's charter; provides legislative intent; amends, codifies, & reenacts all special acts re said district as single act; repeals all prior special acts re said district; amends jurisdictional boundaries of district; provides that district is a dependent district of Village of Wellington; provides for liberal construction; provides savings clause in event any of act is deemed invalid, etc.
