SB 530: Nick Oelrich Gift of Life Act
GENERAL BILL by Smith
Nick Oelrich Gift of Life Act; creates said act; amends provision re anatomical gifts to prohibit modification of donor's intent; provides that donor document is legally binding; authorizes specified persons to furnish donor's medical records upon request; revises procedures by which terms of anatomical gift may be amended or gift may be revoked. Amends 765.512,.516.
