GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Fasano

Health Care; provides exemption from certificate-of-need requirements for certain open-heart-surgery programs; provides requirements for persons to become certified geriatric specialists; creates James & Esther King Center for Universal Research to Eradicate Disease; creates "Nick Oelrich Gift of Life Act"; allows certain dental students to take examination required for practicing dentistry in this state, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $215,196.
