GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Constantine
Affordable Housing; allows Florida Housing Finance Corporation to establish subsidiary corporations to administer & manage programs under contract with U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development; provides powers of such subsidiary corporations; provides that such subsidiaries are subject to specified statutes. Amends 420.507.
