The Victim's Freedom Act; defines term "sexual violence"; provides for cause of action for injunction for protection in cases of sexual violence; provides for petition to be filed on victim's own behalf or on behalf of minor child under certain circumstances; provides for petition to be filed against respondent who was sentenced to imprisonment for sexual violence & who has been or will be released, etc. Amends 784.046.
