HB 573: Sexual Predator Elimination Act
GENERAL BILL by Allen
Sexual Predator Elimination Act; provides popular name; prohibits prosecutor who charges person with certain sexual battery violations from presenting or entering into plea bargain for term of imprisonment of less than certain time period with accused person; provides that sexual predators who commit sexual battery against certain victims shall be sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole or gain-time. Amends 794.011.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
