SB 596: Alcoholic Beverage Licenses
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Alcoholic Beverage Licenses; prohibits issuance of license under Beverage Law to anyone who has ever been convicted or whose employee has ever been convicted, or to corporation of which officer or employee has ever been convicted, of certain enumerated offenses; provides for suspension of license during legal proceedings; provides for license revocation or reinstatement, in accordance with outcome of proceedings, etc. Amends 561.15; reenacts various FS.
