SB 608: Limitation of Actions/Sexual Battery
GENERAL BILL by Miller
Limitation of Actions/Sexual Battery; provides that certain time limitations for prosecuting crime do not apply if alleged perpetrator of offense of sexual battery is identified, after expiration of such applicable time period, by analysis of DNA collected during investigation of crime or otherwise made available to law enforcement agency. Amends 775.15.
