GENERAL BILL by Miller
Migrant Farm Workers; provides requirements for certain rules necessary to protect health & safety of migrant farm workers & other occupants of migrant labor camps or residential migrant housing; provides migrant farm workers may provide their own living accommodations, food, & transportation to & from work; prohibits forcing individual to work as said farm worker against his or her will; provides penalties, etc. Amends 381.0086.
