Crimes Against Minors; revises elements of crimes of kidnapping minor child & false imprisonment of minor child; revises elements of crime of luring or enticing minor child for unlawful purpose; increases penalty imposed for offense of luring or enticing minor child for unlawful purpose; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code, to incorporate amendments to specified provisions, in references thereto, etc. Amends FS.
