Wrecker Services; exempts hearings of FHP Div. concerning wrecker allocation system from certain requirements; prohibits county or municipality from issuing or renewing license for wrecker company that is not in compliance with requirements of act; provides for removal of vehicle or vehicle cargo without consent of owner under certain circumstances; provides requirements for licensing wreckers & other vehicles, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 07/01/2003 except as otherwise provided
