GENERAL BILL by Stargel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gannon ; Ross
Nuisance Abatement; revises language re legislative intent concerning local administrative action to abate drug-related, prostitution-related, stolen-property-related, or street-gang-related public nuisances; provides for mandatory, rather than optional, declaration of place or premises as public nuisance under certain circumstances; provides for closure of place or premises under certain circumstances. Amends 893.138.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
