Sentencing of Minors; limits age at which minor convicted of offense punishable by death or life imprisonment may be sentenced as adult; requires that court commit child of specified age or younger to Juvenile Justice Dept. or to maximum-risk juvenile facility following child's conviction of offense that, if committed by adult, would be punishable by death or life imprisonment, etc. Amends 985.225,.233,.226,.227; creates 985.2335.
