Warranty Association Regulation; exempts affiliates of insurers from provisions regulating certain warranty associations, under certain circumstances; requires certain insurers to be direct obligor on certain agreements or warranties or issue contractual liability insurance policy meeting certain requirements; provides for nonapplication of exemptions under certain circumstances. Amends 634.031,.303,.403.
