Parkland Estates Subdivision/Tampa; (Hillsborough Co.) amends preamble to reflect that enforcement of zoning regulations requires collaborative effort between said Subdivision & City of Tampa & incorporates preamble as section of law; deletes references to garages, servant houses, & out houses; provides that side setbacks may not extend beyond 7.5 feet; directs City of Tampa to initiate area rezoning & requires certain public hearings & notices, etc.
