GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano ; Lynn

Plea Agreements/Law Enforcement; prohibits court from accepting plea agreement that prohibits law enforcement officer from appearing at parole hearing or clemency hearing; prohibits plea agreement that prohibits law enforcement officer who was victim in offense from appearing or providing statement at sentencing hearing; defines term "law enforcement officer" for purposes of act, etc. Amends 921.143.
