Anhydrous Ammonia; provides that theft of anhydrous ammonia is grand theft & felony of third degree; adds anhydrous ammonia to list of precursor chemicals that may be used in manufacturing controlled substance in violation of Drug Abuse Prevention & Control law; reenacts provision re unlawful possession or distribution of listed chemical. Amends 812.014, 893.033; reenacts 893.149.
