GENERAL BILL by Mack ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baxley ; Murzin

Communications Services; redefines & defines certain definitions; prohibits certain interception, reception, decryption, disruption, transmission, retransmission, or acquisition of access to described communications services & prohibits assisting others in these acts; prohibits advertisement of communications devices for certain unlawful purposes; provides criminal & civil penalties; provides for actual & statutory damages; provides exceptions. Amends 812.15.
