GENERAL BILL by Mahon
Rules of Evidence; specifies circumstances in which claims of error re evidence admitted or excluded at trial are preserved for appeal; provides for circumstances in which evidence accompanied by certification or declaration made by records custodian or another qualified person does not require extrinsic evidence of authenticity as condition precedent to admissibility, etc. Amends 90.104,.803,.902.
