SB 86: Youthful Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Geller
Youthful Offenders; authorizes court to sentence offenders of specified age or younger to youthful offender facility of DOC if offender is found guilty of, or pleads nolo contendere or guilty to, first-degree felony, life felony, or capital felony; requires that offender be incarcerated in dept. facility until offender attains specified age or serves specified sentence, etc. Creates 958.041; amends 958.04.
