GENERAL BILL by Kilmer
Environmental Property; requires DCA to develop pilot project with water management district & feasibility study to develop pilot project in certain counties for certain rural land stewardship or alternatives to fee simple land acquisition purposes; authorizes local government taxing authorities to contest certain property assessor actions re property assessments of tax-exempt nongovernmental entities, etc. Amends Chs. 163, 195, 259, 373.
