DUI/Field Sobriety Test/Blood Tests; requires law enforcement officer to administer field sobriety test to driver or person in control of any motor vehicle involved in traffic accident resulting in death or serious bodily injury; provides for administration of blood tests in certain circumstances. Amends 316.1933.
