DBPR Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund; re-creates Dept. of Business & Professional Regulation Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund within that dept. without modification; carries forward current balances & continues current sources & uses thereof; repeals provision re termination & review of trust fund, to conform. Repeals 569.205(3).
